Laser cutting machine maintenance
Cleaning the water tank:Firstly, turn off the power, unplug the water pipe at the water inlet, let the water in the laser tube flow into the water tank automatically, open the water tank, take out the water pump, and remove the dirt on the water pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, restore the water pump back to the water tank, insert the water pipe connecting the water pump into the water inlet, and tidy up the joints. Energise the water pump alone and run it for 2-3 minutes (to fill the laser tube with circulating water).
Fan cleaning:Fan for a long time, will make the fan inside the accumulation of a lot of solid dust, so that the fan produces a lot of noise, but also not conducive to exhaust and odour removal. When the fan suction is insufficient to exhaust poor adjacent to the first turn off the power supply, the fan on the inlet and outlet air ducts removed, remove the dust inside. Then turn the fan upside down. And pull the wind blade inside until clean, and then install the fan.
