The second way is to first short the laser power supply on the PG (with a line connected) but then pay attention to check the water cycle, water protection does not work to avoid the laser tube will still be damaged. Second, on the use of the laser tube with the light is getting weaker and weaker causes
a, check the water circulation of the laser machine, if the water does not circulate, please shut down and power off to check whether the water pump or chiller plug is plugged in.
b, check the laser cutting machine ammeter is normal, if normal may be the problem of the laser tube, find manufacturers to replace or repair, if the ammeter is not normal is the problem of the laser power supply, find manufacturers to replace or repair.
Third, the beginning of the use of all normal, the next day and then turn on no light
a, check the water cycle of the laser cutting machine, whether the normal water.
b, check the laser cutting machine ammeter, press the “light” to see if the ammeter pointer to play up, if it is below 5 mA, that is, the power supply is bad, looking for manufacturers to replace or repair.
c, if the ammeter does not move, check our laser switch is not on, if it is on and then look at the laser power indicator light is not bright, bright then press the laser power supply on the absolute button, look at the current hand pointer, such as the pointer has to move and is less than 5 mA, it is the laser power supply is bad, or will be in the software of the maximum light intensity and the minimum light stressed to 50%, and then press to see the ammeter pointer to 10-12 mA, if not reached, it is the laser power supply or the main body is bad, find manufacturers to replace or repair.
