The current laser cutting machines are high-power heavy equipment. A laser cutting machine has tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of pieces of equipment. Its good performance makes the follow-up work more smooth and also reduces costs. Therefore, attention must be paid during operation, and maintenance and maintenance should be paid to increase the service life of the equipment, save costs, create greater benefits, and ensure good condition.
Each laser cutting machine is equipped with an Equipment Maintenance Manual, which many users do not pay enough attention to. The service life of the mechanical and electrical components contained in the equipment will be affected by the surrounding environment (dust and smoke) of the equipment, and it is also prone to aging, even failure. In addition, it is also very important to properly maintain the environment around the fiber laser cutting machine. For example, some users have placed the painting area near the laser cutting machine, which will corrode the electrical components and affect the cutting quality of laser cutting for a long time. The regular maintenance (dust removal and oil filling) of the equipment according to the “Maintenance Manual” every day, every week and every month will effectively reduce the impact of the environment on the components and make them operate efficiently and fault-free for a long time. The stable and normal operation of the laser cutting machine is inseparable from the normal operation and daily maintenance.
Cleaning of guide rail
(It is recommended to clean it every half a month and shut it down) As one of the core components of the equipment, the guide rail and linear shaft are used for guiding and supporting. In order to ensure high machining accuracy of the machine, its guide rail and straight line are required to have high guiding accuracy and good motion stability. During the operation of the equipment, a large amount of corrosive dust and dust will be generated during the processing of the processed parts. These smoke and dust will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear shaft for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the guide rail linear shaft, thus shortening the service life of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the machine and the processing quality of the product, the daily maintenance of the guide rail and linear shaft should be done carefully. Attention: Please prepare dry cotton cloth and lubricating oil for cleaning guide rail.
Cleaning of linear guide rail: first move the laser head to the far right (or left), find the linear guide rail as shown in the figure above, wipe it with a dry cotton cloth until it is bright and dust-free, add a little lubricating oil (sewing machine oil can be used, do not use engine oil), and slowly push the laser head to the left and right for several times to evenly distribute the lubricating oil. Cleaning of the roller guide rail: move the beam to the inside, open the end covers on both sides of the machine, find the guide rail as shown in the figure above, wipe the contact between the guide rail on both sides and the roller with dry cotton cloth, and then move the beam to clean the rest.
Water replacement and water tank cleaning
Suggestion: clean the water tank and replace the circulating water once a week
Note: Make sure that the laser tube is filled with circulating water before the machine works.
The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35 ℃. If the temperature exceeds 35 ℃, it is necessary to replace the circulating water, or add ice to the water to reduce the water temperature (it is recommended that the user select a cooler or use two water tanks).
Clean the water tank: first turn off the power supply, unplug the water inlet pipe, let the water in the laser tube automatically flow into the water tank, open the water tank, take out the water pump, and remove the dirt on the water pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, restore the water pump to the water tank, insert the water pipe connecting the water pump into the water inlet, and tidy up the joints. Turn on the water pump separately and run it for 2-3 minutes (fill the laser tube with circulating water).
The long-term use of the fan will cause a lot of solid dust to accumulate in the fan, make the fan produce a lot of noise, and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power supply, remove the air inlet and outlet pipes on the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down and pull the fan blades inside until they are clean, and then install the fan.
Cleaning of lens
(It is recommended to clean before work every day, and the equipment must be shut down) There are three reflectors and one focusing mirror on the metal laser cutting machine (the No. 1 reflector is located at the emission exit of the laser tube, that is, at the upper left corner of the machine, the No. 2 reflector is located at the left end of the beam, the No. 3 reflector is located at the top of the fixed part of the laser head, and the focusing mirror is located in the adjustable mirror tube at the lower part of the laser head). The laser is reflected through these lenses After focusing, it is emitted from the laser hair. The lens is easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage. Do not remove the No. 1 and No. 2 lenses when cleaning, just carefully wipe the lens wiping paper dipped in cleaning solution along the center of the lens to the edge. The No. 3 lens and the focusing lens need to be removed from the frame, wiped with the same method, and then replaced as is after wiping.
1. The lens should be wiped gently, and the surface coating should not be damaged;
2. Handle gently during wiping to prevent falling; After the motion system works for a period of time, the screws and couplings at the motion connection will become loose, which will affect the stability of the mechanical movement. Therefore, during the operation of the machine, it is necessary to observe whether there is abnormal noise or abnormal phenomenon in the transmission parts, and if problems are found, it is necessary to strengthen and maintain them in time. At the same time, the machine should use tools to tighten the screws one by one after a period of time. The first firmness should be about one month after the equipment is used.
Inspection of optical path
The optical path system of the metal laser cutting machine is completed by the reflection of the reflector and the focusing of the focusing mirror. In the optical path, the focusing mirror does not have the problem of deviation, but the three mirrors are fixed by the mechanical part, and the possibility of deviation is high. Although the deviation does not occur under normal circumstances, it is recommended that the user must check whether the optical path is normal before each work.
