The working table we use is the metal thick plate welded structure, which most repoutational laser manufactories adopt, such as TRUMPF, Trotec etc. Why dose XT laser choose this kind of working table? Cause over the 14 years, we have adoted nearly all working tables in the market. Finally we take thick plate welded working table as ours.
Thick plate welded structure
It has the following advantages:
1: After high temperature quenching, it is able to significantly improve the hardness, wear resistance, fatigue strength, toughness and rigidity of steel, so as to meet the different requirements from various processing materials. But some companies will use the pipe welded bed, which will get in to a pool of pipes when it gets into high temperature quenching;
2: This kind of machine bed has strongly reasonable structure, it is produced by relief annealing. So the whole structure is very firm and hard to be deformed. It is able to make sure the cutting accuracy;
3: Certainly, each machine will lose some accuracy after it has been used continuously for a long time. The accuracy error will be about 0.1mm after 2 years. For thick plate welding machine bed, inside the metal plates are solid. So, even after long time of running, it will still remain stable;
4: After long time of usage , some screws may become loose, but do not worry. Because you just make screws tighter, that is all. No need worry about loose screws. But it will be different with the iron casting bed. If its screws loose, you can never put them back and the machine bed will be broken gradually.
5: For 1530 standard machine, ours working table will be about 6 T.
The working table of the machine will have influence on the cutting accuracy directly, so please pay a lot of attention on it when you are making a choice on the fiber laser cutting machine.
