Today,we would like to introduce some common questions of Fiber laser cutting machine.

First one: Is Max (Maxphotonics)  better than raycus?

In fact, their quality is not much difference than before. Before , 3 years ago, Max failure rate is much higher , but currently, highly improved.
They all have their own advantages:
1. Raycus is biggest supplier of laser source in China, founded longer than Max
2. Raycus is supported by China government, they have strong R&D capability
3. since 2004,we cooperated with Raycus, so we are strategic partner with Raycus , they give us better price

You know ,every factory has their stable supplier, if buy large quantity from one supplier, who will give better price
For Max, we use  less , so their price is higher than Raycus for us to buybut in fact, Max is also good , Max is located in Shenzhen, they are yonger than Raycus, but now their market occupation is increasing.
Especially, during this virus period, Raycus is in Wuhan, which is most severe district in China. So it affected Raycus a lot, they can not work until last week! , so many orders waiting in Raycus , it is difficult to get laser source from them . Now for XT , we also use Max now, because of delivery time ,Raycus laser source affecting production time.

Second one:what is difference with Pipe with plate cutter and Tube cutting machine?

Tube and plate cutting machine, which can not only cut plate and also tube:

3m length or 6m length

① In such machine, rotary size including 160mm and 200mm

If 160mm diameter rotary, it can hold maximum no more than 160mm round tube , and maximum 109m*109mm square tube

If 200mm diameter rotary, it can hold maximum no more than 215mm round tube，minimum 12mm , and minmum 20*20mm, maximum 150mm*150mm square tube

② If client choose automatic clamping, then front rotary is electric clamping (speed of clamping can be adjusted), back rotary is pneumatic clamping(speed of clamping can be adjusted)

③ About weight

No matter it is 3m or 6m, maximum weight is no more than 150kg

④ front rotary is electric clamping , back rotary is pneumatic clamping

Tube cutting machine, 6m length

① In such machine, rotary size including 200mm and 300mm

200mm diameter rotary, it can hold maximum no more than 215mm round tube , and maximum 150mm*150mm square tube

300mm diameter rotary, it can hold maximum no more than 320mm round tube , and maximum 240mm*240mm square tube

② All of rotaries are pneumatic clamping (speed of clamping can be adjusted)

③ About weight

No matter it is 6m, maximum weight is no more than 300kg
