Recently, more and more customers asked us about the different type cutting head. For example: What is the auto focus and dynamic focusing system? How are they different? How they working? Yes, the auto focus and dynamic is different type, different working and different price. Now, we will explain and make you clear.

2. What is the different between auto focus and dynamic focusing system?

For the auto focus head, it mainly have two advantages. Firstly, if customer need cut different thickness material, such as 3mm, 6mm 8mm. The different thickness need different focus point. Auto focus, it only need adjust the parameters for the first time. After that, the parameters can be keep in the system. So next time, it’s not necessary to calibrate the parameters again, just use it directly. Secondly, it also can according the thickness to reduce the punching time for thickness material.

For the dynamic focusing system, our standard Raytools cutting head have the dynamic focusing system, if the metal plate is not very flat, the system can adjust the cutting distance to the material(follow up and down), also the price is cheaper.
