Common problems in working process of laser cutting machine-Vincy

Have a nice day!In this artile,we would like to talk some common problems in working process of laser cutting machine.

1,First of all,Stainless steel :(from coke weight according to plate thickness adjustment)

The more the focus, the brighter the cut.
The hard slag on the lower surface is: the focus is too high, the speed is too slow, the pressure is too small.
The lower the focus, the rougher the cut surface.
The soft slag on the bottom surface is: the focus is too low, the speed is too fast.

The pressure is too high, the power is too high.
No: the focus is wrong, the power is too low, and the speed is too fast.

That is the basic info of the fiber laser cutter.

2,Secondly,Carbon steel :(from coke weight according to plate thickness adjustment)

A:Focus.

The bottom surface is:
The focus is too low;The pressure is too small;The power is too small;
B: it’s too fast.

The rough cutting surface is:The focus is too high;The pressure is too high;The power is too high;
C: material problems.

This is another problem we met with in the fiber laser cutter.

3,Selection of cutting nozzle and lens (cutting parameters)

1. Selection of nozzle and lens when cutting carbon steel:

The selection of lenses:
When cutting 1-8mm carbon steel, select the (5 inch) lens.
When cutting 8-10mm carbon steel, select the (7.5-inch) lens of the fiber laser cutter

The choice of nozzle:
1-6 mm cutting carbon steel (Φ 1.4) at the beginning of the nozzle.
Cutting 6-10 mm carbon steel (Φ 2.0) at the beginning of the nozzle.

2. Selection of nozzle and lens when cutting stainless steel:

The selection of lenses:
Use lens (5 inches) when cutting 1-4mm stainless steel.
Cut 4-6mm stainless steel with a 7.5-inch lens.
