If fiber laser cutter  without light 

Improve the working efficiency and service life of fiber laser cutter ,we should try to avoid fiber lasercutter does not light out of the phenomenon

However, when we encounter this fiber laser cutting machine can not light fault, we should be how to check?

1. check  the water tank of fiber laser cutting machine and judgement water tank whether  auto – alarm.

A.  alarm -fiber laser cutting machine

the water inlet tank behind the outlet water pipe is connected with a water tank -fiber laser cutting machine

Water tank has electricity,to see whether the alarm.  alarm, the tank wrong

The water in the tank if there is debris (to replace the tank of pure water) e pure water).

B. No-automatic alarm the water tank of fiber laser cutting machine .-fiber laser cutting machine

check  the power supply fan of fiber laser cutter , power supply fan is rotating or not .

If the fiber laser cutting machine power supply fan switch, wire short circuit of laser power supply.

2. fiber laser cutting machine out of light?-fiber laser cutting machine

A. lights out, the movement control card is loose, or the motion control card is bad (replacing the card).
B. without light, laser power supply is bad-fiber laser cutting machine

(check  fiber laser cutting machine have high voltage ignition phenomenon, ignition to electronic components of laser power supply board and burn).

Fiber laser cutting machine power supply fan does not turn,

with pencil test of laser power supply 220V port, power supply and electricity.

Electricity, laser power is broken（repair or change the laser power ).
