what should we do before cutting machine installation?

Have a nice day,recently,many of our customers asked me something of installation for cutting machine. here sharing with you some information of what should we do before cutting machine installation?

Firstly.Nitrogen and Oxygen.
At least 2-3 bottles of Nitrogen,1-2 Oxygen.

We will save the parameters in the computer,but the sheet model and purity is different in different countries. Engineers also need to adjust the parameters in customers factory,use their material.Then the parameters will be definetely correct.

Second.Alcohol.Pure water.

And .The suitable industrial voltage,you should have it already.

Then.Prepare the lubricating oil.

You know we have the lubricating oil system, to make sure the guide rail,rack and pinion ,etc.
Need some better brand.

Also.If possible,prepare some tools,like Wrench, pliers, electric drill,need install the machine.
