Machine warranty

Fiber laser is very simple machine, and the most important parts is laser source, however it’s lifetime is 100000 hours.
And we supply 3 years warranty for all of our clients, all the parts cost. And shipping charges will be beard by XT LASER if broken by the quality.

Overseas engineer
We have special department for the aftersales service, they can speak English well. After you receive the machine. We will send engineer to your factory. And help you install the machine and train your workers, engineer will give some course for the normal cases might be happen in the future. Today before yesterday one of our engineer just arrived in Serbia.
