1. Machine body: 12mm plate steel welding. Machine strength and stability supports to install 4KW laser source.

Firstly, the machine body of W-series laser cutting machine is completely self-developed. And the body base is thick plate welding and processed by a large gantry milling machine.

We have many years processing experience for large machine bed. After each machine body is roughed, it will be placed for 30 days to 45 days. The internal stress will be completely released before processing accurately. Thus can guarantee processing accuracy! Each machine body has a guide rail at a distance of 2.5 meters and the parallelism is less than 0.02 mm.

2. Secondly, cast aluminum beam. Aluminum thickness is up to 17mm.

3. Thirdly, Z axis cover protection. It is more easier to maintenance. When you need check/pull out laser cable head, no need dismantle laser head.

4. Next, rails and racks installation with more higher precision. It can keep long term using without drop precision.

5. In addition, machine comes with roller loading system. It is more convenient for customers to load metal sheet without scratching steel surface.

6. Pneumatic clamping device, total 6 pcs. For fixing thin material, make sure cutting results more better.

7. Better terminal strip to prevent wires virtual connection.

8. Separated control cabinet. It is more easier for dismantle or install machine and maintenance. Below 1kw, laser source can be put inside control cabinet.

9. Add one plate to protect Dust-proof cover in case cutting spark burned it.

10. Fast connection for O2/N2/air.
