Transport requirements
- The laser cutting machine should firmly fix during transportation and prevent damage during transportation. The packaged product should be transporte to any location on the secondary road. During long-distance transportation (including ocean transportation, railway transportation, road transportation, etc.). It shall not be installation in open carts or cabins, shall not be shippment with flammable, explosive, and corrosive dangerous goods. And shall not be subject to rain, snow and liquids. The material is wet, and no mechanical collision damage allowed. The design of electrical equipment should able to withstand storage and transportation temperatures of -25°C~55°C. Up to 70°C, and not exceed 24 hours in a short time. Appropriate methods shall be provide to prevent the cargo from being exposed to excessive moisture, swing, squeezing and mechanical shock during transportation.
Handling requirements
- All transportation work is performe in accordance with transportation regulations.
- It is not allowe to place the machine tool on the ground without a floor, otherwise the bottom of each component will damage! The iron plate of the machine mattress must be ≥ 100mm from the ground. And this distance from the ground must also be ensure during the transportation of the machine tool to the installation site.
