For use the fiber laser cutting machine use,there are three main cost.One is the machine electric cost.Second is the gas cost.Third is the easy wear parts cost.

1.Machine electric cost:

1KW laser generator (Laser power supply) is about 6/8 KW

Machine body(Servo motors etc.) is about 5.4 KW

Cooling system is about 3.6KW

Gross power(KVA)is about 15/17*80%=12/13.6(KVA)

Total consumption(USD/Hour):

12/13.6KVA*1USD/KVA=12/13.6USD

2.Gas cost:
It depends on the metal plate,now have 3 kinds gas for metal cutting: oxygen, nitrogen and air.

1)Oxygen use: Most of our customers choose the oxygen to cut carbon steel,copper,galvanized sheet​ and other metal plate.

2)Nitrogen use: Most of our customers choose the nitrogen to cut stainless steel,aluminum metal plate.

3)Air use:Most of our customers choose air to cut stainless steel,aluminum metal plate.

3.Easy wear machine parts:
For the fiber laser cutting machine easy wear parts most in the cutting head,It has 5 parts:

1.Nozzle 2.protective lens 3.focus lens 4.ceramic ring 5.collimation lens.
