Cleaning the water tank: first turn off the power supply, unplug the water inlet pipe, let the water in the laser automatically flow into the water tank, open the water tank, and clean all the water in the laser.

Second, it is the cleaning of the fan:
The long-term use of the fan will cause a lot of solid dust to accumulate inside the fan, which will cause a lot of noise and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization.
When there is insufficient suction of the fan, the power supply is first turned off, the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe on the fan are removed.
The dust inside is removed, and then the fan is inverted, and the fan blades are pulled up until it is clean. Then install the fan.
The third is the cleaning of the lens:
It is recommend to clean before work every day, metal laser cutting machine must turn off.
First, blow off the float on the surface of the lens with a blower, especially lenses with tiny particles and flocs on the surface.
Never use compressed air on the production line because it contains oil mist and water droplets, which will deepen.
Contamination of the lens. If it can’t blown off, wet the cotton swab or cotton ball with acetone or propanol and gently scrub the surface, taking care to avoid scrubbing hard.
It is necessary to traverse the surface as quickly as possible to facilitate evaporation of the liquid without leaving streaks.
If you still can’t remove all the dirt, then use acid vinegar to clean. When the vinegar clean, it is use to dissolve the dirt to remove the dirt, but it will not cause damage to the optical lens.
This acid vinegar can experimental grade (diluted to 50% strength), or white vinegar containing 6% acetic acid for household use.
The cleaning procedure is the same as for acetone cleaning, then the acid vinegar and the dry lens are remove with acetone.
At this time, the cotton balls are frequently change to completely absorb the acid and hydrate. Until it is clean.
