Today one of my agent ask about the laser marking machine,sharing some of the solution with you:
1.They do need the enclosed cover,then they will choose the following model,right?
Cause for our talking in the first email,the mini enclosed model can not meet their need,the focal length is not enough with a 120mm rotary,so the following model is their suitable solution.
And the cover part will be higher than this picture,need to reach the focus.
We are a professional machine manufacturer,all of the machine will be in one standard exporting wooden box,do not worry about it.
And for this model,as we said in last email,the larger size,the shipping freight by DHL door to door will be double price of the mini model,about USD2000 to your factory directly,within 7 days.
We suggest to choose by sea shipping, if by sea shipping,to Toronto sea port,about USD400,but the time is longer,about 35-40days.
So you can take a decision of the transportation.
3.For cutting metal:
Actually,it can be not,cause for MOPA laser,its special for surface marking,color marking,and the laser power is just 20watt.
If they want to cut metals,we suggest 50w Raycus,50w Raycus can cut about 2mm gold,1.2mm silver,1.5mm brass,other metals can not cut.
But you need to know,your customers main work is to mark color on the mugs,metal cutting maybe is next cooperation.
So you can have a discussion with your customer,how about their final choice?

4.For LOGO printing:
Of course,for our agents,we will print your company LOGO,when we start order,you can send the LOGO to me,before the machine shipping,i will take pictures to show you.
