Cause today,one of my customers just received his fiber laser marking machine.Then he asked me how to cut Aluminum?
I am so surprised,cause before the purchasing,we had a deal of the marking machine.

Firstly, For marking :
Fiber laser marking machine usually can mark black and white color on the metals.
Usually for all most of metals,with depth marking.
Just can cut silver,gold,brass,copper,Platinum,so Others can not.
How to make sure the suitable laser power for different requirements?
For marking,20w laser power is enough.
About deep engraving,need 30w or 50w,depends on the specific depth and content of your customers.
If you need engrave 0.5mm depth on stainless steel,the engraving time of 50w will be shorter than 30w.
If you use the same time to engrave on metals,the 50w will make a deeper engraving effect on metals.
And if your customers engraving size is too large,like 150*150mm,but need 0.5mm depth on metals,for that time,the 50w is more suitable ,cause,the engraving area is larger,the machine lens need to be larger,but if the same laser power,like 30w,if you use the lens is larger,the laser power will be weaken,the engraving time will be longer,also can not reach a such depth.
The 50w can cut upto 2.1mm gold,1.5mm silver,1.7mm brass.
