Depending on the wavelength of the laser, the MOPA laser is a fiber laser because its wavelength is 1064 nm. So why do we have to further subdivide this attribution? For ordinary fiber optic machines, the pulse frequency adjustment range is large, and the fine requirements for marking are not high.
I believe that after comparing the marking effect, pulse width and frequency, we have a better understanding of the MOPA laser machine. It is not like many English letters. In fact, these two devices are determined by the laser. Laser manufacturers generally have MOPA lasers, probably because of the different costs of the lasers, so the cost of the whole machine is also different.
