Laser marking machines use laser beams to permanently mark different material surfaces.The marking effect is to reveal the deep layer through the evaporation of the surface material.  Currently, there are mainly divided into the following major types:

Firstly,fiber laser marking machine

fiber laser marking machine use fiber laser source. Its wavelength is 1064nm. fiber laser  has the advantage of  small volume, good beam quality , maintenance-free.

Most clients will choose fiber laser marking machine for metal marking and deep engraving.Like jewelry cutting, guns marking and kitchenware marking. It can also mark on some plastic.Like ABS marking.

Secondly,CO2 laser marking machine

CO2 laser marking machine wavelength is 10.64um=10640nm. It is a laser galvanometer marking machine using CO2 gas as working medium.

Co2 laser marking machine can mark a variety of non-metallic materials products.Such as wood, paper ,ABS, PVC, acrylic, leather, rubber and so on.It is widely used in crafts, electronic components, communications and other industries.

Thirdly,UV laser marking machine

UV laser marking machine wavelength is 355nm. Its light focusing spot is very small. Thus it can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of materials. And the processing heat effect is small. Most clients use it  for ultra-fine marking and engraving.

So we use uv laser marking machine  in 3C electronics, lamps, food packaging, wine glass industry and so on.

Fourthly,Green laser marking machine

Green laser marking machine wavelength is 532nm. It has a short wavelength . Also it has a small focus diameter after focusing and high energy density. So they can play a good role with the crystal material. And generate uniform blasting point in the crystal. Also forming three-dimensional graphics.

Fifthly,Diode laser marking machine

Diode has the same main industry as fiber laser marking machine. But with the increasingly fierce market competition, the progress of  fiber technology is faster and faster. So now the diode laser marking machine on the market has been gradually replaced by optical fiber laser marking machine.
