We had a USA customer want to do rings continuous engraving,they want to find a suitable galvo head.
Firstly,Aperture size – could be 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm – What would be the best Aperture for engraving rings?
10mm scanhead is okay. By the way, what’s their laser soure, it should be fiber laser, if it is, certainly will equip with 10mm scanhead normally.
Secondly,Scan angle – 12.5 or 20 – Would 12.5 be good for engraving rings?
+/- 12.5 Mec. angle is standard for engraving.
Thirdly,Writing speed – 800, 680, 350, 300 – Would slower speed be better for ring engraving?
Speed depends on request, all Sunny 10mm scanhead can reach the speed requirement of engraving rings.

S9210A is enough for rings engraving.
And there are 2 different scanning technologies used for ring engraving:
1. طريقة المصافحة – قطعة واحدة في كل مرة – The laser machine will engrave part on the graphics while the rotary stays on one place, when it is done it will rotate the ring on a new angle and engrave the second portion and so on… Usually the laser beam goes LEFT-RIGHT. It is good for engraving text but NOT for continuous graphics around the circumference of the ring.
2. النقش المستمر - سوف ينقش الليزر أثناء تدوير الحلقة الدوارة. سوف يرتفع شعاع الليزر لأعلى لأسفل.
Yes,we also can do this effect,we have made it before with you.
It need to plus one control board from JCZ to control the rotary motor,that means in the control cabinet,there will be two board, its no problem.
